  1. Provision of services

When you are interested in any of our products or services and request information about them and/or the initiation of a contracting process, we will process your personal data for the purpose of assisting you and answering your queries or questions, processing your request and carrying out the preliminary procedures necessary to proceed with such contracting.

If you finally contract any of our products and/or services we will process your personal data to proceed with the signature, maintenance, development and execution of the contract.

The personal data we will use will be: (i) your identification and contact details; (ii) your shipping and billing details; and (iii) data relating to the transaction.

AquaSave will use techniques to aggregate your personal data and analyze consumer behaviour in a given geographic area. Aggregate information involves information about groups of consumers that can no longer be linked back to any individual’s personal information.

Aggregated data, which will not allow you to be identified, may be shared with third parties.

We will apply data aggregation techniques on your postal address and consumption data obtained from the AquaBank device.

We will process your personal data for as long as the contractual relationship remains valid and remains necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

When your personal data become no longer necessary for the purposes set out in this document, we will store it and we will not carry out any processing other than storing the data to make it available for the competent public administrations, judges and courts, or the public prosecutor’s office, for any possible liabilities arising from the contractual relationship maintained or related to the data’s processing.

We and our service providers, such as Intercom, assist us in processing your request including through our chat box feature, which we offer for your use and convenience.
  • To improve our Site – We continually strive to improve our Site offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you. For example, we and our service providers, including FullStory, to provide faster and better support to your customers and aid our engineering team in solving bugs and improving the user experience.
  • To process transactions – We will use the information you provide to process your order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.
